You will partner with Operations, Treasury, Portfolio Management, and vendors to ensure accurate trade processing, P&L attribution, and end-of-day accounting while driving improvements across system, workflow, and data quality. This role requires strong communication, financial markets knowledge, and hands-on experience with automation,

Qualifications

• Experience leading or building financial technology application support teams.
• 5+ years in investment banking, advisory, hedge fund, or fintech.
• Strong troubleshooting across .NET, Python, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1st- and 2nd-line application support for trade and finance platforms.
• Ensure timely end-of-day accounting and P&L data delivery.
• Participate in global follow-the-sun support with regional handovers.
