Dotlinkers IT recruitment is assisting a Polish technology client in finding a hands-on Tech Lead with Senior Fullstack Java Developer skills. The role is 100% remote from Poland and focuses on enterprise Java/Spring, architecture decisions, and delivery ownership.

You will lead a software engineering team, contribute to system design, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to maintain high engineering standards on complex, mission-critical platforms.

Qualifications

• Several years of Java/Spring commercial experience.
• Experience designing enterprise architecture.
• Ability to lead technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical development within a software engineering team
• Designing and reviewing application architecture and technical solutions
• Hands-on development in Java and Spring
• Working with enterprise systems, databases and integrations
• Supporting developers with technical decisions and troubleshooting
• Cooperating with analysts, business stakeholders and other technical teams
• Identifying technical risks and helping resolve escalations
• Taking part in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards
