Job summary

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst for a 100% remote role in Poland. You will support mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components on a B2B basis, with a start within 1 month.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in consulting or business analysis, excellent English, and strong Excel skills. You will collect data, coordinate stakeholders, and prepare reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project support, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and technology environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support contract-to-IT application and infrastructure mapping activities.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data in Excel-based trackers and inventories.
• Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, and documentation.
• Validate data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation.
