You will balance business and technical analysis, model processes with BPMN and UML, and collaborate on REST API documentation within a stable, maintenance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System & Business Analyst.
• Professional experience in payments/banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Good SQL and relational DB knowledge.
• Understanding of system integrations and REST APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requests from clients.
• Perform both business and system analysis (approximately 50%/50%).
• Document requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create BPMN/UML models and analytical documentation.
• Analyze system integrations and REST APIs documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Assess impact of changes on existing solutions with technical teams.
• Elicit knowledge from business experts and coordinate information flow.
