Job summary

Lago is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support brand operations, managing tasks, projects, and cross-functional initiatives for assigned client brands from a remote location in Eastern Europe.

The role translates brand priorities into clearly defined projects with owners, deadlines, and deliverables, requiring high organization and proactive collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project/task management platforms (Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to maintain visibility across many tasks.
• Ability to own projects from initiation through completion and drive deliverables forward.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and projects for assigned brands using Asana.
• Translate brand priorities and client requests into defined projects with owners and deadlines.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Advertising, Content, Design, Catalog, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate when needed, provide status updates.
• Support process improvements and KPI achievement.
