Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator based in Poland for a remote, part-time contractor role supporting day-to-day marketing execution for a boutique agency serving markets across developed regions.

You'll coordinate campaigns, outreach, social media publishing, SEO activities, and marketing projects, working with clients, designers, developers, and external partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently,

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign).
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools.
• Working experience with WordPress.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms; ClickUp experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing clients is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, schedule, and quality-check email campaigns.
• Coordinate social media publishing with content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Research local advertising and outreach opportunities and track responses.
• Execute basic on-page and local SEO activities and report results.
• Review work from designers/developers against briefs and flag delays.
• Support creation and formatting of marketing collateral and assets.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and client snapshots.
• Maintain marketing calendars and task lists with deadlines.
