Job summary

OpportuLand is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the production pipeline for 150+ media products. You will manage end-to-end delivery, maintain schedules, and allocate capacity across a fast-paced team.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, QA, and process improvements in a remote/hybrid setup with a modern Poland office. Responsibilities include leading a design team, coordinating handoffs, and preserving delivery quality while scaling operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project, production, or delivery management.
• Experience leading a team's day-to-day delivery and maintaining quality.
• Planning and capacity management across parallel workstreams.
• Experience delivering on a weekly cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience owning handoffs between dependent departments.
• English at B2+ for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end from intake to launch.
• Maintain the production schedule with scope, owners and dates.
• Allocate capacity across the team by priority and deadline.
• Sequence urgent requests and confirm revised dates.
• Own department handoffs and resolve dependencies.
• Define readiness criteria and ensure briefs are complete.
• Report status and risks early with options.
• Lead design team 1:1s and QA on outputs.
• Improve workflows and document SOPs.
