Qualifications

• Required experience with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Prior experience with HR/payroll administration and employee onboarding.
• Comfortable with multiple areas of responsibility and shifting priorities week to week.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with financial and HR recordkeeping.
• Comfortable with patient-facing phone communication and basic scheduling support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (experience required).
• Categorize and reconcile bank and credit card transactions; complete monthly reconciliations.
• Enter and organize bills and expenses; assist with month-end processes and routine financial reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll changes, benefits, and HR documentation; maintain employee records.
• Support patient-facing administrative needs when appropriate, including phones and scheduling.
