SPRCHRGR is seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to support its clients with remote bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with cloud accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks including transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience with a strong understanding of debits and credits.
• Comfortable working 25+ hours per week.
• Highly process-oriented and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily transactions in accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bill processing.
• Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts weekly.
