Job summary

Taskrabbit is seeking a Customer Service Advocate for a remote role based in Poland. You will provide exceptional support to Clients, Taskers, and Partners, handling email, chat, messaging and phone interactions in English and Spanish.

You will thrive in a customer‑obsessed, metrics‑driven environment, owning issues from first contact to resolution and contributing to a positive, inclusive experience across communities where Taskrabbit operates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience handling email, chat, messaging and phone interactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Strong ownership and disciplined curiosity, driving proactive resolutions.
• Empathetic communication with customers on a personal level.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with commitment to top‑not‑max service.

Responsibilities
