Job summary

BEAUTYSTREAMS is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence in Germany. You will drive new business, manage German client relationships, and collaborate with our global team on market growth.

The role is remote, full-time, with a competitive fixed salary plus performance-based commission. Native German fluency and strong English are required, along with experience in sales or marketing and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or related industries.
• Fluent in German at a native level, with strong English proficiency.
• Comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent BEAUTYSTREAMS in Germany, including engaging with local partners, attending key industry events, and maintaining relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for German clients, handling subscription inquiries and custom project discussions.
• Support and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in the region.
• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities within the German market.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Present BEAUTYSTREAMS’ services to prospective and existing clients, both remotely and in person.
• Work closely with the global team while independently managing the German territory.
