Job summary

Fluence Energy in Poland, remote as needed, is seeking a Service Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to manage long-term service agreements for Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring safety, quality and timely service delivery.

The role requires an electrical engineering background, 2+ years in electrical energy, strong communication with customers, willingness to travel in Europe, and a drive to improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or similar engineering background; 2+ years in electrical energy or a Master’s degree.
• Strong ability to communicate moderately complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety issues are logged into the system.
• Manage Long Term Service Agreements for a portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems, including warranty and contracted service onsite.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and advocate their interests within Fluence.
• Document and track customer issues from occurrence to close on moderately complex projects.
• Schedule approved contractors for maintenance and oversee safe work practices.
• Develop and implement project management plans and ensure resource availability.
• Investigate issues proactively and coordinate with Software, RMDC, Nispera, and Spare Parts teams.
