Job summary

Fluence seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into optimized energy storage solutions and compelling proposals. You will guide customers through the sales process, assist with contract negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey energy storage projects across the EMEA region.

This role requires technical depth, commercial awareness, and strong communication to help Fluence grow in multiple markets while traveling across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with fundamentals in power industry or energy storage.
• Experience assessing customer requirements and translating them into technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into optimized energy storage proposals.
• Guide customers through sales process and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver energy storage projects.
• Support system designs compliant with local codes and standards.
