Bamboo Works is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build a predictable pipeline and book qualified meetings with companies looking to hire offshore staff. You will work autonomously with our sales team, testing channels, refining the ICP, and delivering warm opportunities ready to close.

The role offers flexible hours, fully remote work, and independence as an contractor, with compensation consisting of base pay plus strong incentives depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B lead generation for staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or BPO.
• Proven funnel metrics: outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, and closed clients.
• Ability to build targeted lead lists and spot buying signals independently.
• Hands-on CRM experience and meticulous prospect records.
• Strong written and spoken English in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies hiring offshore staff.
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile and spot buying signals.
• Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels; test and optimize.
• Qualify and warm up prospects for the sales team to close.
• Maintain a clean CRM and report full-funnel metrics monthly.
