Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist based in Poland to own and optimize an AI-powered customer support agent. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to improve accuracy, workflows, and escalation paths, while ensuring accessible, high-quality customer interactions in a fully remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance and drive improvements in resolution accuracy and CSAT.
• Keep AI knowledge base current with policy and product updates.
• Analyze interactions to identify recurring issues and plant improvements.
• Design tests, document results, and quantify impact of changes.
• Refine AI behavior, tone, and workflows within Intercom Fin.
• Ensure smooth human handoffs when escalation is needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI support across products and journeys.
• Stay updated on AI tools and Intercom features; run experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance to implement changes.
• Report insights and recommendations to Customer Care leadership.
