Qualifications

• Experience in operations, client support, or business support functions.
• Background in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Operations, or a related environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish would be an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support operational processes powered by AI and automation solutions.
• Ensure stability and effectiveness of tools following releases and updates.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues.
• Deliver demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project and support tickets in JIRA.
• Communicate project updates and manage escalations when required.
• Support AI model training and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
