Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical, enterprise experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks including ML, DL, NLP, and CV; PyTorch or TensorFlow highlighted.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture or AI accelerators; familiarity with data center/server deployment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and provide technical solutions in meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Explain AI software and hardware capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Share customer feedback with sales operations and product teams to inform product improvements.
