Lingaro seeks a senior AI leader combining leadership with deep technical expertise in Data Science, ML and Generative AI. You will deliver AI/GenAI projects, guide architecture, and mentor teams while shaping offerings and engaging stakeholders across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver high-impact solutions, and advocate for AI strategy, governance, and adoption within client organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in DS/AI or related fields.
• Expert knowledge in Data Science, ML, AI, or Generative AI.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Experience in customer-facing roles: consultant, advisor, or delivery lead.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI delivery and consulting projects, advising on architecture and best practices.
• Research DS/AI project solutions and define guidelines for the team.
• Develop DS/AI offerings, build demos, and support marketing and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify and win opportunities and drive profitability.
