Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a trusted advisor and technical leader to drive enterprise-scale AI transformations, designing, validating, and delivering agentic AI solutions within the AI and Data Science Center of Excellence.

You will partner with world‑leading clients, hyperscaler alliances, and cross‑functional teams to accelerate AI adoption and shape production-ready AI ecosystems with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI consulting, GenAI/Agentic AI development, ML and DL.
• Strong expertise in Generative/Agentic AI and tooling.
• Hands-on Python with modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent systems, and architectures.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engagements from discovery through architecture and implementation.
• Translate business challenges into AI use-cases, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Design AI architectures leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support pre-sales: proposals, GenAI workshops, PoCs, and discovery sessions.
• Guide governance, MLOps, model lifecycle, observability, and deployment best practices.
• Mentor teams on cloud AI ecosystems and emerging agentic frameworks.
