Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join remotely, focusing on agent tooling, schemas, and seamless integration with the Semantic Retriever. You will deploy structured interfaces for multi-agent workflows and craft prompts for well-structured LLM outputs. Strong test coverage will be expected across developed solutions.

Requirements include 5+ years in software or AI/ML, Python with Pydantic, API orchestration, and fluency in English. Poland residency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Pydantic schema development.
• Expertise in API orchestration and tool architecture.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph and experience with semantic retrieval integration.
• Ability to implement complex prompts and generate structured LLM outputs.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing tools for AI agents and defining their schemas
