Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to join remotely and lead agent-tooling efforts. You will design schemas, integrate with the Semantic Retriever, and deploy interfaces for multi-agent workflows. You’ll craft prompts, generate structured LLM outputs, and ensure quality through unit tests.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software or AI/ML, strong Python, LangGraph familiarity, and an advanced English level. Residency in Poland is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Strong Python skills with Pydantic schema development.
• Expertise in API orchestration and tool architecture.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph and semantic retrieval integration.
• Ability to implement complex prompts and generate structured LLM outputs.
• Advanced level of English; reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing tools for AI agents and defining their schemas.
• Ensuring seamless integration with the Semantic Retriever.
