Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead for a fully remote position. You will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects, own the Workflow Compiler development, and integrate AgentCore and LangGraph across teams.

You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and shape execution framework design while ensuring consistency in agent patterns. 8+ years in software and AI/ML, Python expertise, and Polish residency required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore.
• LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and code review skills.
• Advanced English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects.
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows.
