Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead for a fully remote role based in Poland. You will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects, own the Workflow Compiler, and lead a talented AI/ML engineering team.

You will integrate AgentCore and LangGraph, design the execution framework, ensure consistent agent patterns, mentor juniors, and oversee complex debugging and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills.
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects.
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows.
