Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead for a fully remote role. You will drive technical implementation of agent-based projects, own the Workflow Compiler, and guide a team of AI/ML engineers.

You will integrate AgentCore and LangGraph and build a scalable execution framework, ensuring consistent agent patterns across the organization. You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and tackle complex debugging of agent states and execution flows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills.
• Advanced English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set technical direction for agent-based projects.
• Own the Workflow Compiler development.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework while ensuring consistency in agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Support debugging of complex agent states and execution flows.
