Job summary

intent sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced tech recruiter for a fully remote, internal role. You will own recruitment end-to-end across Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA, and beyond, using direct search as the main channel.

You will leverage AI/LLM tools daily, automate workflows, and build a bench of pre-vetted candidates while partnering with the Head of People and the CxO team. The position offers 8,000-14,000 PLN net on a B2B contract, plus benefits and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in tech recruitment, ideally with software houses or similar setups.
• Strong direct search and Boolean skills.
• Daily use of AI/LLM tools in your recruitment work.
• Experience automating parts of the hiring process you owned.
• Ability to speak the language of engineers to assess fit, not just skills.
• Initiative, ownership, and proactive communication.
• Fluent English (most of our clients and internal comms are in English).

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end-to-end across key roles: Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA, and beyond.
• Run high-volume direct search as the dominant channel.
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-vetted candidates per key role.
• Use LLMs and AI tools daily: search strings, screening, outreach drafts, candidate summaries, reporting.
• Automate sourcing, reporting, and candidate communication; build small internal tools.
• Select candidates by skills, red flags, and context fit, not just CV match.
• Improve our process and decision-making to spot risk before someone burns out a team or a client.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, PMs, and C-level.
• Share insights on AI in recruitment.
