Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-growing international AI technology company. You will work directly with the CEO to identify, attract and hire top talent across multiple functions, with a focus on technical roles and international recruitment.

You will leverage AI agents, unconventional channels, and AI-first recruitment strategies to engage high-calibre professionals from global talent hubs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment experience, including ≥2 years in technology recruitment.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Experience sourcing and attracting candidates internationally (USA, Europe, LATAM).
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment, sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment.
• Experience with ATS and modern recruitment technologies.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken, at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
• Identify and engage professionals from leading tech companies and international hubs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates across multiple markets.
• Implement and optimise AI-first recruitment infrastructures and tools.
• Build long-term relationships with international talent pools.
