Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive an AI-first developer experience and accelerate our cloud transformation. You will align strategy across product, technology, enablement, and adoption while coaching junior PMs.

You’ll lead with data-driven insights, translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders, and own roadmaps with measurable outcomes like developer productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and shape the product strategy and portfolio that advances an AI-first developer experience and is shaped by our cloud transformation.
• Discover and deeply understand internal engineering, external customer needs, and market research to identify AI-first approaches.
• Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows to audiences ranging from internal/external stakeholders to senior leaders and customers.
