Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI‑first developer experience aligned with our cloud transformation. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and governance across product, technology, enablement, and adoption to accelerate developers' work with AI embedded into workflows.

You will mentor junior Product Managers, drive data‑driven decisions, and shape a portfolio that delivers measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and platform adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Craft and shape the product strategy and portfolio for an AI‑first developer experience tied to cloud transformation.
Discover and deeply understand internal engineering and external customer needs to identify AI‑first approaches across build, test, deploy, release, and operational workflows.
Clearly communicate product vision and roadmap to internal/external stakeholders and senior leaders.
Lead with a data‑driven approach using qualitative and quantitative insights to define long‑term product vision.
Manage via Objectives and Key Results and leading indicators of product health; drive tactics from portfolio metrics.
Own the operation of the portfolio, revising roadmaps based on real‑time signals and defining success metrics.
Build a scalable developer enablement flywheel with reusable guidance and measurable adoption.
Mentor and coach junior team members and translate high‑level objectives into actionable stories.
