Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad, focusing on the AI architecture and software engineering required to automate complex troubleshooting.

You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale, while partnering closely with a ServiceNow domain expert who will provide the infrastructure data and context needed to power your AI models.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into applications.
• Understanding Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and CI/CD tooling including Git/GitHub and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents to classify/correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create capabilities to analyze and recommend corrections to probes and patterns with testing and guardrails before production changes.
• Build data-processing pipelines and API integrations required to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
