Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad, focusing on the AI architecture to automate complex troubleshooting. You will design AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale, working closely with a ServiceNow domain expert to power your models.

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into software.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.

Responsibilities
