Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to join the ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad. You will design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, errors, and results at scale, while collaborating with a ServiceNow domain expert.

You will implement AI-driven troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective recommendations, and develop data pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python development and REST API design capabilities.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs into software applications (OpenAI, Anthropic) and understanding RAG and vector databases.
• Strong experience with modern software development and SDLC practices and toolchains (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents to classify/correlate failures, troubleshoot, and recommend corrective actions.
• Build data-processing pipelines and API integrations to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
• Ensure testing and guardrails before production changes.
