Job summary

HireHi is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager for the iGaming sector. You will manage top partners, scale profitable campaigns, and negotiate complex terms across multiple GEOs. You will analyze traffic data, apply CPA/RevShare models, and drive growth through new acquisition channels.

You will collaborate with large media teams, support junior staff, and navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining high KPI achievement under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience within iGaming.
• Proven track record of scaling partners across GEOs.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs.
• Existing personal partner network across Tier 2-3 GEOs.
• Experience representing an affiliate program at industry conferences.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools including Tableau and affiliate platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key and most profitable partners.
• Attract strong partners and strategic traffic sources.
• Handle complex negotiations and individual partnership terms.
• Analyze traffic performance in depth and scale profitable campaigns.
• Apply CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Control anti-fraud activity at an expert level and handle non-standard traffic.
• Launch and develop new GEOs and acquisition channels.
• Work with large media buying teams and complex cases.
• Support Senior/Middle Managers with complex issues on request.
• Apply strong iGaming expertise and achieve KPIs under pressure.
