Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Performance Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of performance ads for our mobile games. You will source creators, purchase ads, coordinate designers, give feedback, and deliver high-quality assets for UA testing, with a 24–48 hour turnaround.

• Ability to source and coordinate global creators and production partners.
• Excellent briefing and feedback skills to drive fast, high-quality outputs.

About the Role:
Location: Kraków – On-site (office only)
Contract: Full-time
We’re looking for a hands‑one, fast-moving Performance Creative Producer who will manage the end‑to‑end production of performance ads for our games. This includes sourcing creators, purchasing ads, coordinating designers, giving feedback, and delivering high-quality assets for UA testing. This is a pure production role—operational, quick, and quality-driven. You must be someone who thrives on speed and can get great ads produced within 24–48 hours.

• Strong ability to work quickly and efficiently with global creators.

• Excellent creative judgment and understanding of what makes ads convert.

• Clear communicator — precise calls, sharp feedback, strong briefs.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under time pressure.

• Very good English (spoken and written).

• Bonus points for experience in UA, video editing, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads.
