Job summary

The North Face in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth of the brand network across Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary, including franchise stores and department stores.

You will supervise partnership stores, manage P&L, lead store openings, and collaborate with HQ Retail, Marketing and Finance to maximise profitability. Fluent Polish and English and 5+ years in retail sales are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail and Sales Management.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Understanding of product management and merchandising.
• Leadership to motivate teams.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of Poland retail landscape; CZ and HU a plus.
• Experience negotiating with major partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise partnership stores to hit sales targets and grow business.
• Collaborate with HQ Retail to develop profitable product ranges.
• Visit stores to engage with managers and staff.
• Oversee selling processes and preorder conversions.
• Manage preorder campaigns and showrooms.
• Manage store P&L and budgets to maximize profitability.
• Oversee new store openings from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with HQ Finance, Construction, Agencies and Retail Marketing for alignment.
• Ensure policies and programs are understood and implemented by staff.
• Drive improvements in training and visual merchandising.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work with Local Sales Manager to learn the wholesale market.
