Wolt is seeking a Sales Manager for the Śląsk region, based in Bytom. You will lead restaurant and retail partner acquisition and growth, shaping the region's sales strategy in collaboration with Account Management and Marketing teams.

The role requires proven B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Polish and English. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bytom, Poland, with opportunities to accelerate your career within a fast-scaling global business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales process for restaurant and retail partners from prospecting to closing.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and categories to accelerate growth.
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline with forecasting accuracy and data-driven decisions.
• Negotiate partnership terms with key stakeholders for long-term, profitable collaborations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mx Services, Account Management, Marketing) for smooth onboarding and partner success.
• Use data insights to refine acquisition strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
