Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd. Filial I Finland seeks a Coordinator, Regional Operations Control in Gdańsk to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective vessel operations and empty equipment flows across the region.

You will coordinate port operations activities and equipment planning, combining execution, stock levels, and data accuracy with cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes developing capability across EQC and Operations, implementing just-in-time services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Suitable working experience in logistics/shipping.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Google sheets / EXCEL.
• Customer focus skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and according to deadlines.
• Effective communication.
• Accuracy and orientation to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring container imbalances and coordinating repositioning to ensure equipment availability focusing on minimizing costs.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to maintain optimal European stock levels and steer empty containers to ensure balanced inventory.
• Oversee port call activities, terminal productivity, and load/discharge accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Port Authorities and Terminal Operators.
• Monitoring and updating of external and internal systems.
• Monitoring, optimisation and development of existing processes.
• Effective communication with relevant parties to successfully complete tasks.
• Just-in-time services provision to the highest standards and culture expectations.
