Job summary

Njord Offshore Ltd. is seeking a Crewing Officer in Szczecin, Poland, with remote work possible for suitably experienced candidates.

You will recruit, onboard and manage marine personnel for our fleet of offshore Crew Transfer Vessels, coordinating with operations managers and vessel crews to ensure compliant, well‑staffed crews across Europe. Ideal candidates have marine recruitment or offshore crew coordination experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and recruit qualified marine personnel for offshore vessels.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification checks and documentation.
• Maintain crew databases and pipelines for current and future needs.
• Liaise with operations managers and vessel masters on crewing requirements.
• Plan crew rotations, housing logistics and mobilisations across Europe.
