Job summary

Standard Chartered in Poland seeks a Lending Documentation Coordinator to support Non-Standard and Standard Documentation across Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking. Working with the Regional Head of the Lending Documentation Unit, you will help manage documentation across the region to ensure client delivery and adherence to credit approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving, demanding environment whilst maintaining high-quality output, strong analytical skills, a risk-based approach and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Good knowledge of international loan and security documentation standards (LMA, LSTA, APLMA).
• Good knowledge of bank products (Project & Export Finance, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Shipping Finance, Subscription Finance, CRE).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional Lending Documentation Unit leadership to set strategy and direction regionally.
• Handle Non-Standard Documentation review for complex or syndicated loans, ensuring compliance with credit approvals and policies.
• Draft and negotiate local and global guarantees and security documents.
• Coordinate with internal legal and external counsel, ensuring sign-offs and approvals for facilities and limits.
• Act as a business partner and point of contact for escalations and process integration.
