Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking a Loan Documentation and Processing professional to manage the preparation and review of loan documents and support a variety of loan processes. You will interact with counterparties, contribute to product/service documentation, and help improve processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model (2 days at home per week) within the Warsaw operations center and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation and related processing tasks.
• Interact with counterparties on positions and balances.
• Supports a diverse range of loan products and services.
• Follows procedures to identify and resolve documentation issues and recommends improvements.
• Designs and analyzes loan documentation reports for management and controls.
• Makes evaluative judgments and assists in process improvements.
