Job summary

Goldman Sachs’ Human Capital Management division is seeking a Regional Business Partner to support the Warsaw office during a key growth phase. You will partner with employees, managers and HCM colleagues across Warsaw, London and Continental Europe to deliver people solutions and drive strategic HR initiatives.

The role focuses on employee experience, lifecycle support, transformation and AI-driven improvements, with 1–2 years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree and Polish/English fluency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ HR experience, preferably including HR specialist / generalist experience preferably gained within comparable industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Polish labour law knowledge would be preferable
• Fluency in Polish and English are essential

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of the employee experience, providing trusted support and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR processes and services
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on a broad range of HCM-related matters
• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, development, promotions, performance processes, and offboarding
• Deliver operational excellence across local HR processes, including employee documentation, sick leave administration, employment certificates, and employee records management
