Job summary

Google LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Region Performance Lead for Google Cloud Platform to drive action-oriented insights across GTM geos, solutions, and pipeline development. You will translate data into recommendations that influence strategy, targeting, and execution for regional sales and GTM initiatives.

You will develop hypotheses, validate them with data, and deliver executive-ready insights while partnering with Practice or Geo leads and cross-functional teams across Google Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
Understanding of the full enterprise sales cycle and GTM motions.

Responsibilities

Drive action-oriented insights for GTM Geos and sales plays.
Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards for performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally across regions and practice leads.
Present executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
