Job summary

Google Cloud’s PACE Intelligence team seeks a data-driven professional to translate strategic needs into KPI frameworks and drive BI projects that accelerate Cloud growth. You will build data models, pipelines, and dashboards, and develop AI agents to scale insights across 10,000+ sellers.

The role requires strong communication of complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into robust KPI frameworks that accurately track revenue, consumption, and GTM strategy execution.
• Lead end‑to‑end BI projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high‑quality, relevant insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and revenue growth.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting that provide leadership and field teams with a clear, accurate picture of business performance.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure—including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts—to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user‑friendly dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.

• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
