Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Google Cloud Transformation initiatives within complex IT programs. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, manage timelines, resources and risks, and ensure milestones are met.

You will translate technical information into actionable insights, drive decisions with stakeholders, and maintain clear reporting while fostering a delivery-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within complex IT environments.
• Hands-on PM experience in Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Delivery management in IT transformation programmes.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
• Excellent communication to drive decisions and follow-ups.
• Ownership, proactive approach and solution-mindedness.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution within the assigned workstream.
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to plan.
• Identify risks, issues and potential blockers and escape them when necessary.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive follow-up actions for smooth execution.
• Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, risks and dependencies.
• Promote strong project management discipline and a delivery-focused culture.
• Ensure effective collaboration between teams involved in the wider transformation programme.
