Job summary

CCR Commercial Refrigeration seeks an experienced Refrigeration Project Engineer to join the CO2OLTEC team in Warsaw. You will drive complex projects from concept through handover, coordinating with Sales, Customers, Operations, Service, Logistics and external partners.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, design optimization, and direct customer collaboration, with travel up to 10% and a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration design or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration technologies and customer-facing projects.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Communicative English; German is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Project Engineer to join our CO2OLTEC team.

This role gives you the opportunity to work on complex refrigeration projects from technical concept and design through implementation, commissioning and final customer handover.

You will work closely with Sales, Customers, Operations, Service, Logistics and external engineering partners, acting as a key technical expert throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design refrigeration systems and prepare technical and as-built documentation.
• Develop and select technical solutions, equipment and technologies for customer projects.
• Support Sales with technical concepts, engineering data and project calculations.
• Cooperate directly with customers and external engineering partners.
• Coordinate technical aspects of project execution and design changes.
• Support commissioning, final acceptance and handover of completed installations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, contractual and safety requirements.
• University degree in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration system design or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration technologies.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Communicative English (German would be an advantage.)
• Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of working time.
