Job summary

CCR is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Project Engineer for the CO2OLTEC team in Warszawa. You will lead refrigeration system design, documentation, and technical solutions from concept through handover, working with Sales, Customers, Operations and partners.

You will apply your knowledge of refrigeration technologies, AutoCAD, and MS Office, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing travel up to 10% of time.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration system design or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration technologies.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Communicative English (German would be an advantage).
• Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Design refrigeration systems and prepare technical and as-built documentation.
• Develop and select technical solutions, equipment and technologies for customer projects.
• Support Sales with technical concepts, engineering data and project calculations.
• Cooperate directly with customers and external engineering partners.
• Coordinate technical aspects of project execution and design changes.
• Support commissioning, final acceptance and handover of completed installations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, contractual and safety requirements.
