Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw, helping shape the future of global commerce.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and other non-IT functions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. With 2+ years in recruitment and English plus Polish fluency, you’ll use Workday and contribute market insights to drive faster, higher quality hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services/payments sector.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our ever evolving Talent Acquisition team within eService and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations teams and other non-IT departments as required, including conducting requisition launch meetings, advertising vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
• Guiding hiring managers through the interview, selection, and offer stages of the recruitment process.
• Managing the candidate experience by promoting our opportunities and employer brand, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interview schedules, gathering and summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
• Accurately tracking progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
• Staying informed about market trends and proactively sharing relevant market intelligence with stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within a recruitment agency, preferably supporting Operations and other non-IT functions within the banking, financial services, or payments sector.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English for daily communication across multiple countries and fluency in Polish for effective collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with Workday is preferred.
