Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join the Recruitment & Attraction team. You will run end-to-end recruitment projects for the Managed Services Operations team, ensuring quality and efficiency while collaborating with Hiring Managers and suppliers to design effective hiring strategies.

The role emphasizes using AI-based tools, attending EB events, and contributing to broader HR projects, with hybrid work flexibility and strong growth opportunities within PwC’s global network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in using various recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish language.
• Great communication skills, track record of relationship building and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and sense of responsibility for your projects.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools.
• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

The Recruitment & Attraction team at PwC Poland consists of 42 recruitment specialists. Our daily life involves, first and foremost, working with other people. We coordinate recruitment processes in the broad areas of finance, law or technology, and business services. We automate our systems, change our processes to ensure the highest quality candidate experience, and provide training to the business on what we do best, namely recruiting.
