Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team within eService in Warsaw. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and other non-IT departments, guiding managers through interviews, offers, and onboarding to secure top talent.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with advanced English and Polish language skills. The role includes onsite training for five days a week at the start and Workday experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency, supporting non-IT functions.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English for daily communication across multiple countries; fluent Polish for local collaboration.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Attention to detail and proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations teams and non-IT departments.
• Guide hiring managers through interview, selection and offer stages.
• Manage candidate experience and employer brand; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Accurately track requisitions and candidates within Workday.
• Share market intelligence with stakeholders.
