You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and other non-IT functions, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. With 2+ years in recruitment and English plus Polish fluency, you’ll use Workday and contribute market insights to drive faster, higher quality hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services/payments sector.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and non-IT teams.
• Guide hiring managers through interview, selection, and offers.
• Promote employer brand and manage candidate experience.
• Track progress on requisitions and candidates in Workday.
• Share market intelligence with stakeholders.
