Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Front Line Manager for Recruitment Operations to lead end-to-end processes, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure policy-compliant hiring. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to meet target headcounts while driving process improvements.

The role requires German language proficiency (B2), a hybrid work model in Poland, and a strong focus on data accuracy, SLA adherence, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in commerce, economics, or finance.
Masters degree in business administration or analytics.
PHR certification is desirable from Symbiosis Institute.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including requisition management and candidate pipeline tracking.
Coordinate interviews and process offers in line with policies and compliance.
Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning.
Monitor SLAs, quality metrics and enforce process adherence.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and support audits.
